City of Dickinson Request for Proposal The City of Dickinson invites qualified candidates to submit proposals for Fiber Optic Cable Installation Services. The City is seeking to contract with an individual or firm that specializes in the installation of underground fiber optics and innerduct. The scope of services is listed in the RFP.
