Real Property address: 207 2nd Street N, Richardton, ND 58652 The above real property is the subject of the Mortgage dated December 15, 2015, which Mortgagors, Deborah J. Arends, Douglas E. Arends, executed and delivered to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Cambria Financial Group LLC DBA Cambria Mortgage, its successors and assigns and recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Stark County, North Dakota, on December 21, 2015, Instrument Number 3131131, which is subject to the entered Judgment. Said Mortgage was assigned to Plaintiff, its successors or assigns, by Assignment of Mortgage recorded September 21, 2021, Instrument Number 3168217. 3. In order to realize the amount of $286,154.83, as of October 26, 2022, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount at the rate of 4.12500% per year together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to the lien for unpaid real estate taxes and assessments of Stark County, North Dakota, and easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Sheriff of Stark County, North Dakota, at the main entrance of the Stark County Courthouse located at 51 3rd Street East, Dickinson, ND 58601, on April 20, 2023 (“Sale Date”), at 10:00 AM. 4.
