NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE STARK COUNTY ZONING MAP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings for the following requests were held on June 2, 2022 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s room in the Stark County Courthouse. These requests were approved by the Stark County Commission at their June 7, 2022 commission meeting. • RZ 05-22- Lenci Sickler request for a rezoning from Agriculture to Rural Residential on a parcel located in the E ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 25, Township 140N, Range 95W containing approximately 80 acres. • RZ 06-22- Brian and Alysha O’Toole request for a rezoning from Agriculture to Agriculture Residential on a parcel located on Lot 9 and Lot 10 less Parcel A in Section 6, Township 140N, Range 95W with an address of 10730 30K Street SW containing approximately 19.95 acres. • RZ 07-22-David Reuer and Larry Goldsmith request for a rezoning from Agricultural Residential to Rural Residential on a parcel legally described as Lot 1 Block 2 of Antelope Subdivision in Section 17, Township 139N, Range 91W containing approximately 10 acres. • RZ 08-22-Mason Eberts request for a rezoning from Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on a parcel located in the NE ½ of Section 18, Township 138N, Range 97W with an address of 4418 119M Avenue SW containing approximately 14.57 acres. The requests listed above were approved by the Stark County Commission at their June 7, 2022 commission meeting. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the County Commission may protest the decisions or appeal the decisions to the district court. Protests or appeals to the county commission do require a formal application and are initiated with the zoning administrator in accordance with Chapter 8.8 of the Stark County Zoning Ordinance.
