APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS OF THE STARK COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings for the following requests were held on October 29 , 2020 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission's meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's room in the Stark County Courthouse. This request was approved by the Stark County Commission at their November 3rd , 2020 commission meeting.
•Public Hearing for RZ 03-20-Todd Kuelbs is requesting a rezoning from Agriculture to Rural Residential on parcel located in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 2, Township 138, Range 99 containing approximately 5.04 acres.
•Public Hearing for RZ 04-20-Rudolph Pazourek is requesting a rezoning from Agriculture to Rural Residential on parcel located in the S ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 3, Township 139, Range 97 containing approximately five (5) acres.
The requests listed above were approved by the Stark County Commission at their November 3rd , 2020 commission meeting.
Any person aggrieved by the decision of the County Commission may protest the decision or appeal the decision to the district court. Protests or appeals to the board of county commission do require a formal application and are initiated with the zoning administrator in accordance with Chapter 8.8 of the Stark County Zoning Ordinance.
