NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE

NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE STARK COUNTY ZONING MAP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings for the following requests were held on January 27, 2022 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s room in the Stark County Courthouse. These requests were approved by the Stark County Commission at their February 1, 2022 commission meeting. • RZ 01-22-Brooks Hondl rezoning from Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on a parcel located in the SW ¼ of Section 35, Township 139 North, Range 97 West with an address of 11588 42nd Street SW containing approximately 15 acres. • RZ 02-22-Jesse and Karen Pavlicek rezoning from Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on a parcel located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 140 North, Range 97 West containing approximately 12.06 acres. The requests listed above were approved by the Stark County Commission at their February 1, 2022 commission meeting. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the County Commission may protest the decision or appeal the decision to the district court. Protests or appeals to the county commission do require a formal application and are initiated with the zoning administrator in accordance with Chapter 8.8 of the Stark County Zoning Ordinance.
