NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE STARK COUNTY ZONING MAP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing for the following request was held on March 30, 2023 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s room in the Stark County Courthouse. This request was heard by the Stark County Commission at their April 6, 2023 commission meeting. • Public Hearing for RZ 01-23-Dennis and Beth Richard are requesting a rezoning from Agriculture and Industrial to Agriculture on a parcel located in the SE 1⁄4 of Section 29, Township 139 North, Range 99 West containing approximately 119.57 acres. The request listed above was approved by the Stark County Commission at their April 6, 2023 commission meeting. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the County Commission may protest the decision or appeal the decision to the district court. Protests or appeals to the county commission do require a formal application and are initiated with the zoning administrator in accordance with Chapter 8.8 of the Stark County Zoning Ordinance.
