NOTICE OF HEARING N.D. INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION OIL AND GAS DIVISION The North Dakota Industrial Commission will hold a public hearing at 09:00 AM Thursday, February 23, 2023 at N.D. Oil & Gas Division 1000 East Calgary Avenue Bismarck, North Dakota. At the hearing the Commission will receive testimony and exhibits. Dunn County, ND, authorizing the drilling of a horizontal well on or near the section line between the existing spacing units of said proposed overlapping 3840-acre spacing unit, and/or such other and further relief as appropriate.
