TO AMEND THE STARK COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held on October 31, 2019 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission's meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's room in the Stark County Courthouse. At said time, parties will be heard concerning proposed amendments to the Stark County Zoning Ordinance adopted October 2, 2012:
1.Public Hearing-RZ 11-19 John J. Wanner is requesting a rezoning from
Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on Lot 4 located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, Township 140, Range 94 containing approximately 33 acres.
2.Public Hearing-RZ 12-19 Mark and Dana Kostelecky are requesting a rezoning from Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on a property located in the S½ of the SW ¼ of Section 34, Township 139, Range 96 containing approximately 19.71 acres.
3.Public Hearing-RZ 13-19 Mary Jane Olheiser is requesting a rezoning from
Agriculture to Rural Residential on a property located in the SW ¼ of Section 10, Township 138, Range 97 containing approximately 10 acres.
4.Public Hearing-ZTA 01-19 Amendments to Article II: Rules and Regulations, and Article V: Zoning District Regulations of the Stark County Zoning Ordinance as adopted on October 2, 2012 regarding manufactured homes and modular homes.
Said proposed application is available for public inspection and copying at the office of the County Auditor, Stark County, and Dickinson, North Dakota during normal office hours.
