TO AMEND THE STARK COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held on September 26, 2019 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission's meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's room in the Stark County Courthouse. At said time, parties will be heard concerning proposed amendments to the Stark County Zoning Ordinance adopted October 2, 2012:
1. Public Hearing-RZ 10-19 Matthew Dolechek is requesting a rezoning from
Agriculture to Rural Residential on a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 35, Township 138, Range 96 containing approximately seven (7) acres.
2. Public Hearing-RZ 11-19 John J. Wanner is requesting a rezoning from
Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on Lot 4 located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, Township 140, Range 94 containing approximately 33 acres.

Said proposed application is available for public inspection and copying at the office of the County Auditor, Stark County, and Dickinson, North Dakota during normal office hours.
