ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held on Thursday April 30, 2020 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission's meeting at 3:00 p.m. At said time, parties will be heard concerning proposed variances to the Stark County Zoning Ordinance adopted October 2, 2012:
1.Public Hearing for VAR 01-20-Jason Hurt is requesting a variance to the maximum square footage requirement for an accessory structure, a variance to allow an accessory structure in the front yard, and a variance for the maximum height of an accessory structure. The property is located at 10380 35R Street SW on Lot 5 Block 1 of Green River Estates Subdivision and is approximately 11.85 acres.
2.Public Hearing for VAR 02-20-Dallon Buchanan is requesting a variance to the maximum square footage requirement for an accessory structure and a variance for the maximum height of an accessory structure. The property is located at 10715 30F Street SW on Lot 6 Block 1 of Jackrabbit Flats Subdivision and is approximately five (5) acres.
