NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN AIR POLLUTION CONTROL PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT Take notice that the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) proposes to issue an Air Pollution Control Permit to Construct to ONEOK Rockies Midstream, L.L.C. in accordance with the North Dakota Air Pollution Control Rules. The proposed air pollution control permit is for initial construction and operation of the Pronghorn Compressor Station to be located in Dunn County, North Dakota. Preliminary evaluations made by NDDEQ staff indicate that the proposed project will comply with all applicable Air Pollution Control Rules and is protective of human health and the environment. A 30-day public comment period for the proposed permit to construct will begin March 2, 2023, and end on April 1, 2023.
