NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF PETITION TAKE NOTICE THAT: 1. A petition has been presented to the Board of Commissioners of the City of Killdeer for the annexation of certain real property to the city limits of the City of Killdeer. The property is legally-described as follows: The NE1/4 Section 14, T145N, R95W, 5th PM, Dunn County, North Dakota, excepting therefrom the 950-foot by 1850-foot parcel described in Doc. No. 3002911, Records of Dunn County. 2. The Board of City Commissioners will consider the petition for annexation at its regular city commission meeting on February 21, 2023, at approximately 5:00 p.m. The regular city commission meeting shall be held at Killdeer City Hall, 165 Railroad St. SE, Killdeer, North Dakota, 58640. 3. On February 21, 2023, at approximately 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Killdeer shall meet to consider the petition for annexation of the property described herein.
