RENAISSANCE ZONE PROJECT - To consider a request for a Renaissance Zone Project at 1126 Villard Street West with a legal description of Lot 3 Block 1 Auditor’s Plat #4. 6. EXPANDED ETZ AREA FOR THE CITY OF DICKINSON, ND. -To consider the adoption of an expanded ETZ for the City of Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota as represented on the official map agreed upon by Stark County and City officials on the ETZ Committee directly created to discuss and come to agreement for areas to expand the ETZ to the State Code allowable 4 mile location in four areas (N,S,E,W along highways), and much lessor areas to the NE, SE, NW, & SW areas where development is not planned to occur in an Urban Pattern. The request does include a mutually agreed upon area that extends beyond the traditional 4-mile area south of town to encompass the entire Dickinson Airport facility.
