Notice is hereby given the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 at 7:10 AM at 99 Second Street East, Dickinson, North Dakota, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard on the following:
1.SUP-001-21- To consider a request for a Special Use Permit for the replacement of a 6,000- gallon on-site petroleum storage tank with a 18,000-gallon tank. The site is located at 11053 32nd Street SW, North Gate Industrial Site, Lot 10, Block 2, in S ½ Section 10, Township 140 North, Range 96 West in the City of Dickinson ETZ, Stark County, North Dakota.
2.SUP-002-21-To consider a request for a Special Use Permit for the installation and operation of a cellular facility mounted on the existing structure located at 41 East Villard Street. The site is described as Lots 7-13, Block 4, Dickinson Townsite in the City of Dickinson, North Dakota.
