Notice is hereby given the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 at 7:10 AM at 99 Second Street East, Dickinson, North Dakota, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard on the following:
1. To consider a Future Land Use Map Amendment-FLUM for a 40-acre site for Dickinson Public Schools to change from a transition FLUM area with Commercial & Industrial Designations to Public located at 271 34th Street West, Lots 3, 4, & 5, Block 1, North Industries 1st Addition within the City of Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota.
2. To consider a Rezone Request for a 40-acre site for Dickinson Public Schools to change from a current transition zoning area from General Commercial-Industrial to Public located at 271 34th Street West, Lots 3, 4, & 5, Block 1, North Industries 1st Addition within the City of Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota.
3. To consider a Rezone Request from R1 to RR for approximately 42.33 acres including all of Blocks 1, 2, & 3 the proposed Stable Estates Preliminary plat, excepting Lot 1, Block 1 to allow the creation of 31 Rural Residential one acre plus lots located in the East ½ of Section 8, Township 139N, Range 96 West within the City of Dickinson ETZ.
4. To consider a Future Land Use Map Amendment-FLUM for a 9.97acre site including Lot 1, Block 1, of the proposed Stable Estates Preliminary plat to allow the creation of one common ownership Agricultural lot to house a common stable for the development. The lot is located in the E ½ of Section 8, Township 139N, Range 96 West within the City of Dickinson ETZ.
5. To consider a Rezone Request from R1 to AG for approximately 9.97 acres for the proposed Lot 1, Block 1, of the proposed Stable Estates Preliminary plat to allow the creation of one common ownership stable lot. The lot is located in the East ½ of Section 8, Township 139N, Range 96 West within the City of Dickinson ETZ.
6. To consider a Preliminary Plat for Stable Estates to create 31 Rural Residential one acre plus single family lots, and one 9.97 Agricultural common ownership lot for a shared stable area. The site includes a total of approximately 52 acres and is located in the East ½ of Section 8, Township 139N, Range 96 West within the City of Dickinson ETZ.
