NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STARK COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Thursday January 27, 2022 at the Stark County Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s room in the Stark County Courthouse located at 51 3rd Street East in Dickinson, North Dakota. At said time, parties will be heard concerning the following requests: 1. Public Hearing for RZ 01-22-Brooks Hondl is requesting a rezoning from Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on a parcel located in the SW ¼ of Section 35, Township 139 North, Range 97 West with an address of 11588 42nd Street SW containing approximately 15 acres. 2. Public Hearing for RZ 02-22-Jesse and Karen Pavlicek are requesting a rezoning from Agriculture to Agricultural Residential on a parcel located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 140 North, Range 97 West containing approximately 12.06 acres. Additionally, ZTA 03-21-Proposed Amendments to Article II: Rules and Definitions and Article VI: Additional Provisions regarding Wind Energy Facilities and Wind Turbines will appear on the meeting agenda. This item was tabled by the Planning and Zoning Commission to the January 27, 2022 meeting after the public hearing was closed.
