Chairman Franchuk called the regular meeting of the Stark County Board of Commissioners to order at 9:00 AM. Commissioners Present: Dean Franchuk, Carla Arthaud, Bernie Marsh, Neal Messer, and Ken Zander (via phone). Department Heads Present: Auditor–Lynn Betlaf, State’s Attorney–Amanda Engelstad, Human Resources Director–Joetta Pearcy, County Park Director–Lisa Heiser, Tax Director–Natalie Wandler, Road Superintendent–Al Heiser, and Sheriff-Corey Lee.
ACCEPT AGENDA

To approve the agenda.

SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY
A purchase agreement was presented to the commission from Mathew and Maria Meyer to purchase the county property located at 664 12th St West, Dickinson, ND 58601. In the amount of $505,000 with $4,000 in earnest money down.

To accept the offer from Mathew and Maria Meyer.

CITY OF DICKINSON – LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR GRANT
Steven Josephson presented a letter for Chairman Franchuk to sign supporting the city’s grant application to the State Department of Commerce’ Partners. To promote diversification in local industry to benefit all of Stark County. The County will have no financial responsibility.

To have Chairman Franchuk sign the letter.
