WHY?
To receive public input and comments on proposed improvements to ND 22 from New England North to Dickinson (8th Street South). The project consists of a minor rehabilitation, sliver grading, and surfacing. Frontage road improvements may include drainage improvements, access point elimination, and surfacing.
