REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE The Stark County Board of County Commissioners has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an updated Comprehensive Plan for Stark County, North Dakota. The successful applicant will work closely with the Board of County Commissioners, selected Stark County staff, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the public through the plan update development process.
