REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) - ENGINEERING SERVICES

The North Dakota State Water Commission is seeking engineering services relating to the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Risk MAP program.
Interested firms should have experience with:
1) current FEMA guidelines and specifications for floodplain mapping;
2) GIS activities related to base mapping, digital conversion, and floodplain study tasks;
3) hydraulic analysis and modeling using computer programs such as HEC-RAS or other FEMA approved methods;
4) performing hydrologic analyses;
5) field surveys for ground control and field data collection;
6) researching available background data;
7) topographic mapping; and
8) performing floodplain studies.
