SPECIAL MEETING OF THE KILLDEER CITY COMMISSION April 19, 2023 Commission President Joel Spethman called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M. Commissioner’s present were Joe Hurt, Kelly Summerfield, Logan Wallace, and Greg Nordsven. Travis Frey, Josh Andersen, and Dani Sigloh were also present with Nate Bouray, Brett Morlok, and Scott Harmstead present via conference call. Killdeer Mountain Contracting’s Josh Andersen, Dani Sigloh, and Interstate Engineering Engineer Travis Frey discussed with the Commission the Developer’s Agreement, Special Assessment District, and Annexation items with the proposed BA Addition. Having no further business, Commissioner Hurt made a motion to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 6:19 PM. Minutes are subject to review and revisions.
