At about 2:45 p.m. Friday, the officer stopped the vehicle for failing to stop at a red light at 22nd Ave. and South Broadway.
It was learned during the stop that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Minot, police said.
A search of the vehicle revealed several drugs items as well as weapons.
A large amount of property was also recovered from the vehicle and police will compare the property recovered to recently reported thefts of property to ensure it has not been reported stolen.

Pending are felony charges of possession of stolen motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of controlled substance.
The passenger, Kayle Hager, 21, of Williston was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia other than marijuana, possession of marijuana, ingestion of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of controlled substance.
