Elliott named new GM of Players Sports Bar and Grill
Tony Elliott, a founding employee and former assistant general manager and executive chef of Players Sports Bar and Grill, has been named its new general manager.
The Fisher Group, which provides management services to Players, announced the promotion this week.

“After our first year, we took a step back and analyzed the feedback and input that we had gotten from our customers,” Elliott said.
“We took this information and created a new menu, focusing on the food and specials that our customers wanted to see. This also gave us the opportunity to streamline our processes to give Dickinson a comfortable place with great food and great service, day in and day out.”
