Heidt promoted to St. Joseph’s director of human resources

Kim Heidt was recently promoted as director of human resources at CHI St. Joseph’s Health in Dickinson.
A native of Dickinson, Kim has been working in the Human Resources Department at St. Joseph’s since December 2010 and was very involved in St. Joseph’s implementation of its current HR and payroll system, as well as its new performance management program.
Heidt took on additional duties last year in the department after its director was assigned interim clinic leader last year. Heidt will also serve on the senior leadership team at CHI St. Joseph’s.
Heidt is a graduate of Dickinson High School and is a graduate of the University of Mary in Bismarck.
KLJ hires Jarrett

KLJ, an engineering, surveying and planning firm, has hired Jeff Jarrett to work at its Dickinson office.
Jarrett is a surveyor for the company. He earned an associate degree in civil survey from National College. He has more than 20 years of survey experience with North Dakota and Montana Departments of Transportation.
Gate City Bank promotes Goellner

FARGO — Ryan Goellner has been promoted to information technology manager at Gate City Bank’s corporate office.
Goellner, a native of Dickinson, has worked at Gate City Bank since 2001 and was previously the system administration data security officer.
Goellner graduated from Dickinson High School and Minnesota State Technical College.
He lives in Fargo.
