HILLSBORO -- A 37-year-old man pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Traill County District Court to having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Larry Eugene Shinnaberry II of Fargo has been charged with two counts of corruption or solicitation of minors, both Class C felonies.
Shinnaberry told law enforcement in January that he had sex with a 15-year-old girl on Dec. 21 in Hillsboro and again on Dec. 24 near Hillsboro, according to court documents.
He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and $20,000 fine for both charges.
Shinnaberry's next court appearance is at 10:30 a.m. March 30.
