On Jan. 17, at 10:20 a.m. the Dickinson Police Department received a report of possible sexual abuse of a 4-year-old female. The matter remains under investigation.

On Jan. 17, at 7:39 p.m., officers executed a criminal warrant arrest of Maryuri Pintosolis, 30, of Dickinson. Pintosolis was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear at her court date in relation to a simple assault. Pintosolis was transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.

On Jan. 17, at 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a violation of a protection order. On arrival, officers arrested Josh Olson, 41, of Dickinson for misdemeanor violation of a protection order and transported him to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center where he was placed on no bond.

On Jan. 18, at 3:28 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of burglary in progress by 10-year-old caller. On arrival, officers found the suspected burglar to be older sibling that lived at the residence retrieving items from the residential garage. Officers notified the parent and no further action was taken.

On Jan. 18, at 10:51 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a runaway juvenile male from 2500 block of 4th St. West. On arrival, officers were informed by the father of the juvenile that his son did not return home after attending school at Dickinson High School. Officers were able to locate the juvenile at the West River Community Center, where he was subsequently cited for unruly juvenile and false information provided to law enforcement.

On Jan. 19, at 1:56 a.m., officers responded to an assault outside Army's West Sport's Bar. On arrival, it was determined that one victim sustained injuries to his face, but declined to pursue charges. No further action was taken.

On Jan. 19, at 11:24 p.m., officers responded to a complaint of an aggravated assault at the Grand Dakota Lounge. On arrival, officers were unable to locate the 22 year-old male who had committed the assault as he left prior to officer arrival. The matter remains under investigation.

On Jan. 20, at 3:44 a.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of an assault on the 2300 block of Prairie Oak Drive. On arrival, officers made contact with an adult female who was the reporting party and her nineteen year-old daughter. After conducting a field interview of both parties, no probable cause was established for an arrest to be made and no further action was taken.

On Jan. 20, at 6:11 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a runaway 16 year-old male juvenile. On arrival, officers spoke with the parents of juvenile who stated that the juvenile was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. earlier in the day. The juvenile was entered into NCIC system and the matter remains under investigation.

On Jan. 22, at 1:51 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a disgruntled former employee of a business refusing to leave. On arrival, the subject had departed the premises and contact was made by police via phone. The individual was advised he was no longer welcome on the property. No further action was taken.

On Jan. 22, at 3:10 p.m., officers executed a criminal warrant on Miguel Cruz, 31, of Dickinson. Cruz was arrested on a city warrant for failure to comply in relation to driving under suspension. Cruz was placed under arrest and transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.

On Jan. 22, at 3:11 p.m., Dickinson Police Department personnel assisted the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the North Dakota Parole and Probation office in serving an arrest warrant and conducting a probation search at a Dickinson residence. During the joint operation, Jessica Huffman, 32, of Dickinson was arrested on a Dunn County warrant for failure to appear in court related to a class C felony child neglect charge. Huffman was transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.

On Jan. 23, at 8:37 a.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a theft of a motor vehicle from 1100 block of 6th St E. On arrival, officers spoke with the owner of the grey 2004 Dodge 2500 quad long box who said his vehicle was stolen. The vehicle was entered into NCIC system and the matter is under investigation.

On Jan. 23, at 9:47 a.m., Dickinson Police Department executed a criminal warrant on Andy Wengerd, 34, of Dickinson. Wengerd was arrested on municipal warrant for failure to comply in relation to a simple assault, driving under suspension, possession of Marijuana paraphernalia and criminal trespass. Wengerd was transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.

On Jan. 23, at 2:25 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a sex crime. Officers spoke with the complainant who stated that photos of a juvenile female were posted on social media. The matter is under investigation.

On Jan. 23, at 6:45 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a possible straw purchase of a weapon at Runnings Sports retail. The matter is under investigation.

On Jan. 25, at 5:00 a.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of W. Villard for a fight in progress. On arrival, officers arrested Dillon Breen, 31, of Bowman for ingesting a controlled substance and transported him to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.

On Jan. 25, at 4:45 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of an attempted break in at 700 block of 11 ST E. On arrival, officers determined that no entry was made. According to the homeowner, the unknown suspects were chased away. K-9 units were dispatched to the scene and an attempt to track two males was unsuccessful. The matter was forwarded to CID for investigation.

On Jan. 25, at 10:32 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of vandalism on the 900 block of Shinagle Dr. On arrival, officers were informed by the homeowner that someone attempted to kick in the front door of the residence. Officers noted that entry was not made into the residence, and no suspects have been identified at this time. Police estimate that $300 in damage was done to the door. The matter remains under investigation.

On Jan. 26, at 10:31 a.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of vandalism on the 300 block of 3rd St. E. On arrival, officers noted that a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup had received possible keying damage to the paint with an estimated value of $4,500 in damage. No suspects have been identified at this time and the matter remains under investigation.

On Jan. 26, at 12:37 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of a burglary in the 200 block of 3 Ave SW. On arrival, officers determined that the damage was done by the owner. No further action taken.

On Jan. 26, at 2:20 p.m., Dickinson Police Department received a report of vandalism on the 300 block of S. State Ave. On arrival, officers noted that all four tires were slashed on a 2015 Chevy Camaro with an estimated value of $1,400 in damage. No suspects at this time and the matter remains under investigation.

On Jan. 27, at 4:18 p.m., officers executed a criminal warrant arrest of Deborah Peterson, 55, of Dickinson. Peterson was arrested on a warrant out of Ward county and transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.

On Jan. 28, at 12:11 a.m., officers executed an arrest warrant on Brandon Twogood, 28, of Dickinson. Twogood was arrested on a McKenzie County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, false information provided to law enforcement, possession marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, fictitious registration, driving under the influence of drugs, failure to appear to court for child support, revocation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, and driving under suspension. Twogood was transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.

On Jan. 28, at 3:16 p.m., officers arrested Jose Breitzman, 43, of Dickinson on sex offender violations. According to police, Breitzman failed to register as a sex offender. Breitzman was transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.
