Death of man found lying on street in Grand Forks ruled accidental
GRAND FORKS — Police have ruled the death of a man whose body was found in October on a main street in Grand Forks to be accidental.
Investigators with the Grand Forks Police Department said 25-year-old Tyler Rodriguez died as a result of diabetes, hypothermia and ingesting meth. The Grand Forks man was found Oct. 9 lying outside a vacant house at 720 N. Washington St.
He was found shirtless, and police believe his body had been out in the elements for hours.
