OLIVER COUNTY, N.D. — A one-vehicle rollover crash took the life of a Bismarck man in early Saturday morning, Oct. 3, 10 miles north of Interstate 94 in Oliver County.

Luis Ernesto Flores was traveling northbound on 37th Avenue SW when he lost control of his vehicle, a 2004 GMC Envoy XL. The vehicle ran off the roadway to the east and overturned, a report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol stated.

Flores, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was ejected from the vehicle and died on the scene from injuries he sustained.

In addition to the NDHP, the Oliver County Sheriff's Office and Oliver County Ambulance and Rural Fire and Rescue responded to the crash.

The NDHP is investigating the crash.
