MANDAN, N.D. — A Dickinson, N.D., man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday, Nov. 6, six miles west of Mandan.

Linden Hulbert, 30, was traveling east in a Ford sedan on Morton County Road 139 while a 2005 Ford F-350 pulling a horse trailer was traveling west.

Hulbert crossed the centerline and side-swiped the horse trailer, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The sedan then spun counterclockwise into the south ditch, coming to rest in the bottom of the ditch facing northeast. Hulbert, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died as a result of the crash, the patrol said.

The two motorists in the truck, 73-year-old Lonnie Lundstrom of New Salem, N.D., and 65-year-old Bonnie Fisher of Mandan, N.D., were not injured.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol and Morton County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash.
