STEELE, N.D. — A 58-year-old Pettibone, North Dakota, man died in a one-vehicle rollover Thursday, Oct. 7, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The patrol said the driver was driving a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 at an unknown speed shortly before 8:30 a.m. south on state Highway 3, near mile post 102 north of Steele, North Dakota. The driver failed to negotiate a curve, and the vehicle entered the west ditch and rolled, the patrol said.

The driver was wearing a seat belt.

The Kidder County Sheriff's Department, Kidder County Ambulance Service and Kidder County Fire/Rescue also responded to the scene. The State Patrol is investigating the crash.
