Alvin O. Peplinski, 78, Wilbaux, Mont., formerly of Jamestown, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007. at the Wibaux County Nursing Home, Wibaux.

Alvin's memorial services are at 10 a.m. CDT on Saturday, April 21, 2007, at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown, with Chaplain David Fisher officiating.

Inurnment is in Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown.

Alvin O. Peplinski was born July 2, 1928, in Jamestown, the son of Alex and Olga (Lund) Peplinski. As a young man he lived on the family farm, got married, later divorced and worked for Stutsman County, where he later retired from.

Alvin is survived by two sons and two daughters, Kim Peplinski, Bowman, Kevin Peplinski, Dickinson, Karen Peplinski, Bismarck, and Kathy (Randy) Wilson, Richardton; four sisters, Frida Schrade, Jamestown, Verna Brooks, Grand Forks, Florence Mojck, Fargo, and Clarice "Diane" Quaschnick, Deadwood, S.D.; two brothers, Ernie (Lois) Peplinski, Jamestown, and Clarence (Connie) Peplinski, Douglas, Wyo.; four grandchildren, Carrie, Tauna, Randall and Amanda; and three great-granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; two sisters; and one grandson, Toby.
