Funeral Services for Barbara Binstock, 80, Dickinson, are at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2007, at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Jeff Zwack celebrating. Burial is in the St. Joseph's Cemetery, Dickinson.

Funeral Services for Barbara Binstock, 80, Dickinson, are at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2007, at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Jeff Zwack celebrating. Burial is in the St. Joseph's Cemetery, Dickinson.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2007, at Stevenson Funeral Home, continuing on Monday from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church. A rosary and vigil service is held at 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2007, at the Stevenson Funeral Home.

Barbara passed away on Thursday, July 05, 2007, at the St. Luke's Home in Dickinson.

Barbara Froehlich was born on May 23, 1927, in rural Stark County, the daughter of Frank F. and Elizabeth (Goetzfried) Froehlich. She grew up and attended country school in the Gaylord area. After her schooling she continued to help and work with her mother on the family farm.

Barbara was married to Louie J. Binstock on October 16, 1945, in Gaylord. Together they farmed for several years in the Schefield area, later purchasing a farm in the Gaylord area. Barbara and Louie purchased another farm 10 miles southeast of Dickinson, where they made their home until retiring in 1989.

Barbara enjoyed baking, gardening, bowling and getting together with her homemakers for card parties. She especially loved and enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara always loved family gatherings and having to bake and cook for them all. She was a member of the Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the St. Pius Verein.

Survivors include, four daughters, Linda (Gordon) Pavlicek, Dickinson, Eileen Rowe, Prescott, Ariz., LouAnn Chapman, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Michele Binstock, Kalispell, Mont.; five sons, Larry (Jacque Stuart) Binstock, Laurel, Mont., Randy Binstock, Williston, Curtis Binstock, Bismarck, Myron Binstock, Dickinson, and Rodney (Rhonda Dassinger) Binstock, Dickinson; a sister Eva (Ralph) Binstock, Dickinson; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louie J.; three brothers, Anton, Joseph and John; and four sisters, Frances Schmidt, Cecilia Binstock, Rose Roeder and Monica Heck.
