MEDORA - A 64-year-old Belfield man died in a semi truck rollover Tuesday afternoon on the interstate exit into Medora.
Louis Lindbo, whose name was released in an obituary by Ladbury Funeral Service, was exiting Interstate 94 at Exit 27 near Medora around 3 p.m. Tuesday when, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, he failed to properly negotiate the curve.
The 1997 Freightliner then tipped on its side and traveled through the guardrail just before the overpass of I-94. The vehicle came to rest upside down.
The crash remains under investigation.
