Biesiot to coach in S.D.

DULUTH, Minn. -- Tony Biesiot has resigned his position as assistant football coach with the University of Minnesota-Duluth to take the head coach position at Lead-Deadwood (S.D.) High School.

DULUTH, Minn. -- Tony Biesiot has resigned his position as assistant football coach with the University of Minnesota-Duluth to take the head coach position at Lead-Deadwood (S.D.) High School.

Biesiot, the son of Dickinson State football coach Hank Biesiot and a former All-American with the Blue Hawks, resigned after three seasons with the Bulldogs.

Biesiot was the defensive line coach and academic advisor for Minnesota-Duluth. At Lead-Deadwood, he'll also be the school's computer integration administrator.
