BELFIELD -- A 23-year-old Bismarck man was injured in a single-vehicle rollover on U.S. Highway 85 around midnight Friday, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Jesus Gomez-Medina was southbound when he failed to negotiate the curve near the Billings-Stark County line about seven miles north of Belfield.
The 2004 Toyota Camry he was driving entered the west ditch, Gomez-Medina then overcorrected and the vehicle overturned on the roadway before it entered the east ditch.
Gomez-Medina was freed from the vehicle and transported to a Sanford Hospital in Bismarck by the Valley Med Flight medical helicopter out of Dickinson.
The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
