A Cheyenne, Wyo., man made an initial appearance in court Thursday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a Class AA Felony.
Garrell James, born 1990, was found in possession of 13 grams of methamphetamine, which he allegedly intended to deliver. According to court documents, the substance was found in a vehicle that James had access to, and which was parked within 1,000 feet of a school.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 1.
