• A Fargo man was arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical and criminal trespassing on 1200 block of Empire Road on Monday.
• A 58-year-old Dickinson man was found deceased in his residence on the 600 block of 21st Street West on Wednesday afternoon. It is believed he died of natural causes and foul play was not suspected.
• A Dickinson man reported that his cell phone was allegedly stolen from the 3300 block of Fourth Avenue East. The phone is an iPhone 6s and is valued at $850. There are no suspects.
