• On Friday, May 25, a 30-year-old male from Dickinson was arrested for domestic violence/simple assault.

• A 23-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested on a Morton County warrant for failure to pay a fine on Friday, May 25.

• A 42-year-old female from Dickinson arrested for failure to comply on a theft of services charge on Friday, May 25.

• On Friday, May 25, a 32-year-old female from Belfield was arrested for driving under the influence on the 400 block of Broadway.

• On the 200 block of Museum Drive, a 27-year-old male from Dickinson was cited for driving under suspension and a concealed weapon on Friday, May 25.

• A 21-year-old male was arrested on the 500 block of Villard Street for refusal to submit to a chemical test for DUI on Saturday, May 26.

• On Saturday, May 26, a 19-year-old Bowman man arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Sunday, May 27, officers received a report of a theft at the 100 block of Ninth Avenue East. A suspect threw out the victim's shoes in reference to a rental issue. The total value of the shoes is somewhere between $1,500 and $1,800. It is being forwarded to state attorney office for theft of about 40 pair of shoes and is under investigation.

• On Sunday, May 27, a black Schwinn bicycle was stolen from the 100 block of Fifth Avenue West. The bike is valued at $500; there are no suspects at this time.

• Officers received a report of a theft of a plastic owl on the 400 block of Seventh Avenue West on Sunday, May 27. The owl is valued at $30.

• Received a report of multiple tools taken out of unlocked company construction company pickup on the 500 block of Second Avenue Southeast on Sunday, May 27. The items are valued at $3,300; there are no suspects at this time.

• On Sunday, May 27, a 26-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for simple assault. A 39-year-old male from Dickinson was arrested for simple assault, driving under suspension and refusal to submit to chemical test.

• On Monday, May 28, a 36-year-old male from Dickinson was arrested for criminal trespassing at Walmart. A juvenile female was arrested for retail theft of $697.06 worth of items.

• A man reported the theft of a handgun, passport, social security card and $800 cash from a safe on the 1100 block of 21st Street West on Monday, May 28. There are no suspects at this time.
