Blotter: Two arrested for alleged possession of meth with intent to deliver

• A person reported the back window of their vehicle had broken near the 1600 block of 15th Street West on Thursday, Oct. 26. There are no suspects. Damage is estimated to be around $500.

• Multiple forged checks were reportedly used at Menards on Thursday, Oct. 26. The case remains under investigation.

• Dickinson Tire reported cash missing from the register on Thursday, Oct. 26. Police will review video footage. The case is under investigation.

• Counterfeit $20 bills were attempted to be used at Simonson's gas station on Villard Street and Rosie's on South Main on Friday. The attendant at Rosie's did not take the bill.

• A 20-year-old Dickinson man was cited for retail theft after allegedly attempting to take $100 worth of items from Walmart on Friday.

• A 22-year-old Tappen woman was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence on Third Avenue West around 12:45 a.m. Saturday.

• A 28-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for allegedly refusing to submit to a chemical test on the 200 block of Third Avenue West around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

• An 87-year-old Dickinson man was found deceased in his residence on the 200 block of Fifth Street West on Saturday.

• A 26-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for driving under the influence near 115th Avenue and ND Highway 10 on Saturday around 4 a.m.

• A 49-year-old Dickinson man was found deceased in his home on the 600 block of 24th Street West on Monday. It was determined to be an unattended death.

• A Jeep reported missing over the weekend was recovered in Billings County on Monday.

• A 26-year-old Dickinson was arrested for alleged possession of meth with intent to deliver near the 1100 block of 17th Avenue on Monday.

• A 49-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for alleged possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia-meth and disorderly conduct after officers were called to a home on the 1000 block of Villard Street for loud music.

• A 38-year-old Bismarck man was arrested for assault after he allegedly struck a man in the face in the 70 block of Museum Drive on Monday.

• A 58-year-old Dickinson woman was found deceased in her home on the 800 block of Brick Drive.

• An Allmand light plant was reported as stolen from a storage unit near the 600 block of Livestock Lane on Tuesday. It is valued at $4,500 and there are no suspects.
