BOWMAN -- A three-story, $3 million apartment complex in Bowman will offer more independent housing options specifically for the elderly and people with disabilities, officials said Tuesday.

BOWMAN - A three-story, $3 million apartment complex in Bowman will offer more independent housing options specifically for the elderly and people with disabilities, officials said Tuesday.
State and local leaders celebrated the completion of The Landing, developed by Lutheran Social Services Housing, on Monday. People who live and work in the community through the non-profit ABLE, Inc., program will be able to take advantage of the new housing, according to a press release.
The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency provided $2.4 million in development assistance, allowing the new apartments to rent at more affordable levels. The complex has 26 units.
