If all goes as planned, areas in Bowman County will have power back on in about an hour, Bowman County Emergency Manager Dean Pearson said shortly after 10 this morning.
"We had power outages here in Bowman at about 2 a.m. and it's still out," he said. Everything in Bowman, Rhame and west, except for Scranton, was out because of an early-morning storm.
