At around 9:00 a.m., Sept. 7, 2019, a school bus carrying about 20 members of the Grenora Junior High girls volleyball team got into an accident at the intersection of County Road 5 and 66th Street NW in Williams County.

While the responding agencies, which included the Williston Fire Department, Williams County Sheriff’s Office and Williams County Emergency Management Office, arrived on the scene shortly after 9:00 a.m. and assisted Grenora Ambulances with the crash, investigations into the wreck are currently being handled by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

All of the bus’s 23 total passengers have been transported for treatment.
