BISMARCK - A Cannon Ball man pleaded guilty Thursday to assault with a dangerous weapon.
Dustin Lester, 40, was charged after assaulting a woman Dec. 27 by kicking her with his shoes, causing injury. He will be sentenced Oct. 31. He faces a maximum of 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
