A free car seat checkup will be held Thursday at Sax Motor Co. from 1-5 p.m.
Certified child passenger safety technicians will be on hand to assist parents and caregivers with proper use and installation of their car safety seats, as well as ensure that all standards are met. Each checkup will take around 30 minutes.
Sax Motor is located at 52 21st St. E. The event is sponsored by the Dickinson Police Department, Community Action Head Start and the Southwest District Health Unit.
