Dean Rummel, Dickinson Public Schools Board president and president of TMI Systems Design Corp., speaks during Business After Hours at the Badlands Activities Center, Tuesday evening. Rummel was the recipient of the Community Leadership Award by the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce, and was awarded a clock. The awards are presented to individuals for outstanding service and leadership in their communities, making North Dakota a better place to live, work and be in business. Criteria for recipients includes leadership in activities that contribute to an enriched quality of life and enhancement of their communities, according to the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce website.
