FARGO -- Joseph Griemann, 24, was charged in Cass County District Court with two counts of failure to report a death, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
The date those crimes occurred is listed as Aug. 19, 2015, according to court records.
Casey Jo Schulte, 26, was found dead Aug. 19 in the back of her garage at her apartment building at 1618 E. Gateway Circle.
Police said in January that they were close to wrapping up their investigation into Schulte's death, but wanted to conduct more interviews.
In autopsy results released in January, the Cass County Coroner's Office said Schulte's cause of death was hanging, and that there were no drugs in Schulte's system but evidence of drug use in her apartment.

Griemann has a long criminal history in central Minnesota, with convictions for domestic assault, drug possession and violating a no-contact order, among others.
