BISMARCK -- Complaints have been filed in Bismarck Municipal Court against the women who were allegedly involved in a February fight at Kirkwood Mall against a 20-year-old victim carrying her 2-year-old child.
Bismarck residents Champagne Bowen-Davis, 20, and Donnalesha Davis, 31, have been charged with disorderly conduct. Arraignments for both are scheduled for March 14.
Two juvenile girls, also of Bismarck, were cited for simple assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, according to the Bismarck Police Department.
The department said in a press release that the Burleigh County State's Attorney Office is reviewing the report, and additional charges are pending.
A fight broke out Feb. 21 at the mall, during which time four females attacked the victim, according to police. The victim and her alleged attackers knew each other, Officer Pat Renz said last week.
