A construction project to replace curb and asphalt overlay has begun on the Interstate 94 Business Loop and Villard Street in Dickinson.
The project will be completed in two phases with the first being of curb replacement.
During the project, Villard Street will have a single lane closure when workers are present, speeds will be reduced to 25 mph and flaggers will be present.
The project is expected to be completed by the fall.
