Construction to begin at new development at 15th Street West and Elks Drive

Construction for the Oliver Commons mixed-use development is scheduled to begin in April. Building permits have been obtained for the 16,000 square-foot light commercial building located along 15th Street West.

Construction for the Oliver Commons mixed-use development is scheduled to begin in April. Building permits have been obtained for the 16,000 square-foot light commercial building located along 15th Street West.
Sawtooth Capital Partners LLC is excited about their new project in the heart of Dickinson.
It has teamed up with Continental Real Estate and are now pre-leasing the light commercial space. The development will also feature mixed-use and a 5,000 square-foot restaurant pad.
