Police Blotter: Meth paraphernalia found in work vehicle

Stark County Sheriff deputies arrested Dickinson resident Benjamin Hofsommer, 24, for possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia Thursday morning at Liberty Lift Solutions LLC in Dickinson.

An individual with the company came to the sheriff’s office with a syringe, a spoon with residue and an empty prescription bottle with Hofsommer’s name on it that he said was found in a work vehicle.

The offense constitutes a Class C felony.

Man with multiple warrants arrested at Subway

A 26-year-old Dickinson man was arrested at the Subway in the Big Sky Shopping Center at 455 W 12th St. for providing false information to a police officer.

Dickinson Police also discovered the man had three outstanding warrants in Dunn County, two for failing to appear in court and one for a 24/7 violation.

Valuable equipment reported stolen from Martin Construction

Martin Construction reported a laser level valued at $1,395 missing from an unspecified site. Dickinson Police are investigating the incident.

Guns, TV stolen in burglary

A burglary was reported at a residence in Coves Court, where a television and two handguns were stolen.

The estimated value of the items wasn’t available. Dickinson Police are conducting an investigation.
